At Everest Paints, our aim is to offer a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. We provide reliable and prompt delivery services within the UK, Europe, and North America. Below you'll find our delivery and shipping policies outlined:

1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within the same or the next working day. We operate from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time across all regions is between 2-5 working days.

3. Shipping Rates: Shipping costs for your order are calculated during checkout based on quantity and weight. You can get an estimate of the shipping cost on the "Cart" page using our delivery cost calculator.

4. Shipping Carrier: We have partnered with UPS for all our delivery services. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be uploaded to your order, and you will receive an email to track your order.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All items are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all customs and import taxes are covered by us. There will be no additional costs payable upon delivery.

6. Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available upon request. Please contact us at contact@everestpaints.com for more information and to arrange expedited shipping.

7. Damages and Lost Items: In the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. However, once the item is scanned as delivered, we cannot provide replacements for any lost, stolen, or damaged items thereafter.

8. International Shipping Policy: We currently ship to the UK, Europe, and North America. For inquiries about shipping to other destinations, please contact us at contact@everestpaints.com.

9. Late Deliveries: At Everest Paints, we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances or issues beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of work, time, or any other related expenses caused by late deliveries.

We strongly advise that you arrange for a painter or decorator only after receiving your parcel to avoid any inconvenience or additional costs that may occur due to a delayed delivery.
